Conditions of parking

By entering the car park with a vehicle, the driver and car park operator enter into a contract by which the driver agrees to use the car park under the following conditions.

Parking and moving around the car park is permitted only according to traffic management means (signage, road labels, traffic symbols) and/or directions given by the parking operator. It is FORBIDDEN to stop or park in areas that have been marked by the appropriate signs. Only registered vehicles are allowed to park in the car park.

Parking and moving around the car park is the responsibility of the driver.

If the driver parks their vehicle or drives around the car park ignoring the guidelines set out in the parking conditions, then the car park operator reserves the right to give the driver a fine of 35 € for violating the conditions of parking which the driver is obliged to pay.

If the parked vehicle violates the guidelines set out in these conditions of parking and the vehicle disrupts or threatens the other parked vehicles and/or car park users, then the car park operator reserves the right to move the vehicle at the cost and responsibility of the driver.
